Lean hamburger that is lightly seasoned and baked or broiled will allow you to still have something to curb that fast food urge, but will provide only a minimal amount of carbs. Serve it with tomato and onion slices. If you have to have bread, go with whole grains and one slice. Pretend that eating an open-faced sandwich is fancy and garnish with a nice side salad based in dark greens, and your meal will be a great one.
